Shipping policy

Only valid at www.organicafacefood.com. Free standard US shipping will be added to qualifying orders. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Not valid on previous purchases. No rain checks. Organic Face Food has the right to cancel any orders due to unauthorized use.

  • What credit cards do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept ApplePay and PayPal when applicable. If you have a preferred method of payment that we don’t offer, please email so that we can look into it. Please note we do not accept gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders.

  • When will my order ship?

The shipping time for an order will vary depending on the shipping method you choose and the distance the order needs to travel. For example, an order shipped via standard shipping may take 3-5 business days to arrive, while an order shipped via expedited shipping may arrive within 1-2 business days. Please note, Organic Face Food cannot guarantee shipments will be delivered by a specific date.

  • How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping on orders is FREE.

Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and will be listed at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays.

  • How will my order be shipped?

Standard shipping is USPS. Your order will arrive approximately 3-5 business days from date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times). Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. These options are listed at check out. Please note that expedited shipping options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays.

  • Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address after you have placed an order, you can contact customer service and they will be able to help you. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.

  • How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your order on the shipping carrier's website. Also to check the status of your order, simply log into your organicfacefood.com account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders submitted on organicfacefood.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you contact customer care, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. So sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • How do I know if I have received my complete order?

When you receive your order, please inspect it to make sure that all of the items you ordered are included. If you are missing any items, please contact customer service and they will be able to help you.

  • What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will do everything we can to help you. We will either replace the lost or damaged item or issue you a refund.

  • Choose the right shipping method. When you are placing an order, you will be able to choose from a variety of shipping methods. The shipping method you choose will affect the cost of shipping and the delivery time.
  • Provide accurate shipping information. When you are placing an order, be sure to provide accurate shipping information. This includes your full name, shipping address, and phone number.
  • Be aware of shipping restrictions. Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions. For example, some items may not be able to be shipped to certain countries.
