What’s your return policy?
We hope you love your Organic Face Food products; however, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on new or gently used items purchased from www.organicfacefood.com within 30 days purchase.
If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy.

How do I place a return?
Please reach out to our Customer Care team at info@organicfacefood.com , Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT to have a return label issued.

How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 5–8 business days for your refund to process once your items have been received by our team. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note original shipping fees will not be refunded.
